This is a $20.00 USD donation for Lyme Disease Awareness month. All donations and 5% of profits made in the month of May will go directly to 2-3 specifically chosen Go Fund Me's made to help with the financial burden of Lyme Disease treatment. 

This is not a physical product, there will be no item received for this product, and well as no returns or refunds offered for the purchase of this product. This is solely a donation to help fight against, and raise awareness for Lyme Disease.
